We have a fantastic role for a talented and hardworking Channel Manager within our market leading PPE business. In this exciting role with ANZ responsibilities, you willimplement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales projects and activities to achieve sales profits and business objectives. You will serve as a liaison between channel sales leadership, marketing teams and distributors - continuously reviewing the status of projects and budgets; assessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals. Further responsibilities will include developing mechanisms for monitoring Channel Sales progress; problem-solving with internal stakeholders and customers and working closely with Honeywell field sales representatives and leaders to promote sales activities focused on acquiring new end-user customers for Honeywell. You will help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by improving on channel sales solutions and driving mutual revenue and you will work closely with national channel partners to help drive new account acquisition and increase their spend with Honeywell.
You’ll ideally hold a tertiary qualification in a commercial or technical discipline.Extensive experience in a B2B Sales/Account Management role within Industrial Safety/ PPE is a strong preference as are:
· Excellent communication skills
· An ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
· A proven track record of sales achievement and results in the Industrial Safety marketplace
· Ability to leverage internal and external resources to meet sales goals
· A competitive, strategic, and global mindset
· Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders
· An ability to work collaboratively with sales to empower organic growth within assigned channel partners
