Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking an Engineering Technician II for our Albuquerque, NM location.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
• Assists senior technicians and scientists in electrical and mechanical assembly of prototype vacuum systems, chilled water and liquefied gas systems.
• Assists engineers and scientists in the execution of project milestones and deliverables.
• Under the guidance of senior technician's assembles and installs (PLC) control units
• Performs soldering, fabrication, prototyping
• Responsible for general lab maintenance and organization.
U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
• High School Diploma/GED minimum
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical environment
• U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain government security clearance
WE VALUE
• Associate Degree in Electronics or related STEM discipline
• Experience in R&D, Semiconductor Vacuum or similar
• LabVIEW, CAD experience (SolidWorks)
• Experience with hand tools
• Ability to work from drawings, schematics, diagrams, sketches or written instructions
