You will be responsible for all legal and compliance aspects within the ISC/Procurement group in Honeywell Building Technologies, including budget and legal practice area management, case assignment, and the hiring and professional development of staff. You will anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems and develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk. You will also advise the company and senior management on a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters, including identifying areas of risk and making suggestions for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

· Delivery of legal services

· Manage external counsel

· Act as trusted advisor

· Rapidly assess legal risks

MUST HAVE

· Juris Doctor (JD)

· At least 5 years of practical experience in a major law firm and/or as an in-house counsel

· Work independently to drive key initiatives
