You will lead a team of experts on compensation policies and procedures which will enable HR to better support the business.

Drive continuous improvement to develop highly efficient compensation processes in a premiere Human Resources organization

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's Degree
WE VALUE
  • At least 5 years of extensive human resources experience.
  • CCP-Certified Compensation Professional.
  • Quickly analyzing, incorporating and applying new information and concepts
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
  • Previously demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization.
  • Ability artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
