Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) has an excellent opportunity for a Connected Buildings Deal Desk & PMO Manager, based in North America. The position reports to the Connected Buildings VP of Global Sales and Marketing. The Deal Desk Specialist is responsible for supporting the Field Teams in renewing customers, leveraging pricing strategy, quote management, facilitating contract reviews, and identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities. This position works collaboratively with the Field and internal organizations such as Legal, Finance, Support and Sales Operations to ensure deals are executed with velocity and accuracy.

As HCE Buildings expands, PMO project support and global deployments will be required. The position will also be responsible for building and executing a small PMO support staff that can manage large scale software deployments onsite and remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Hold weekly calls to review all new submitted deals.

  • Help create and maintain a global approval matrix to support all deal approval level requirements for HCE Buildings

  • Serve as the trusted adviser to Field Team on all renewal deal related matters, advise the team on alternative contract options, and/or value propositioning to help drive deal closures

  • Manage the day-to-day renewal management, ensuring compliance with published sales and business approval policies

  • Engage with the Field Team to accelerate deal velocity, track sales velocity ratios and report out using Honeywell tools to the VP of Sales

  • Collaborate with impacted parties to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closure

  • Identify and lead high-impact projects and leverage digital to improve the customer experience for long-term loyalty and lifetime value improvement

  • Create a PMO structure that is global in nature that will support multiple languages. Manage the team remote and keep them 80% billable at all times.

  • Maintain a PMO margin that is greater than the baseline provided by VP of Sales

  • Ensure alignment to strategy across the PMO

  • Create working relationships with project managers and other PMOs

  • Facilitate governance process by account for PMO

  • Identify and manage overall risk management to identify themes

  • Facilitate dependency management across the projects and programs

  • Facilitate change control process

  • Track deliverables and benefit realization

    YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2 years of proven success in Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry, Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations or Pricing experience

  • Fluent English. Other languages preferred.
