An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Director of Talent Management in the Honeywell HCE business unit located in Atlanta, GA. In this exciting newly created role in a high growth environment, you will utilize your significant experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the Honeywell Business.
Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) is a newly created team of 3,000 employees who assists in bringing together all the connected businesses and software resources that are spread across the Company. HCE willcentralize all of Honeywell’s Connected businesses and software development into a software business unit for all of Honeywell.

The Director of Talent Management will be responsible for:
Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization.
30 Drive organizational effectiveness
20 Lead change
20 Manage talent
30 Lead training and development
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s Degree + 10+ years of HR experience
Ability to successfully partner with and influence multiple stake holders within a global company. + Professional HR experience in a technology company, software development environment. + Experience working in a start-up environment. + Capability to instill and communicate a vision for change. + Broad knowledge and experience with Human Resources Management systems, competencies, and best practices.
