Executive Assistant

Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to Honeywell executives. You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals whose organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes.

Responsibilities:

Schedules and coordinates meetings, candidate interviews and/or special events

Prepares and submits expense reports for executives, *training will be provided

Pro-actively ensures meeting spaces and

technology are operational and functional to limit disruptions to meetings

Plans catering orders

Travel planning and booking, prepares travel itineraries for executives

Printing and binding meeting material

Handles information requests, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings

Supports leadership team operations and HR operations under the direction of Lead Administrator.

Acts as back up support to the Lead Executive Administrator, and other team members in an absence.

Reports to the Lead Executive Administrator in a team environment supporting the CEO, and Executive team

25 Manage calendars

25 Coordinate meetings

25 Plan complex travel

25 Process expense reports and invoices

YOU MUST HAVE

Associates Degree

3+ years of experience providing administrative support to VP level

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office 365)
