As the Innovation & Architecture HUE Leader you’ll deliver an end-to-end user experience across every user touch point for Innovation & Architecture team, using well established human-centered design principles to ensure Honeywell Innovation and Architecture are driving the right decisions for Honeywell growth. You will lead & facilitate Innovation workshop with wide range of functions within the corporate using Design Thinking methods and tools. You will run co-creation workshops with customers and internal stakeholders. You should have ability and experience in different design methods to quickly discover un-met user needs, synthesis insights and come up with innovative but practical solutions closely aligning with the business and corporate strategy and roadmap. Rapid co-creation and ideation, translate insights, pain points and un-met needs into a feasible design solution for quick evaluation with end users. You should have ability to connect business, experience and technology together, understand trends. You should have experience in trends research. Hands -on leader who could deliver as well as lead content with a larger cross functional groups. You will be responsible for defining and deploying the Building of Tomorrow along with external customers & technology partners.
Facilitating Innovation workshop with wide range of functions
Running co-creation workshops with customers and internal stakeholders
Ability and experience in different design methods to quickly discover un-met user needs
Rapid co-creation and ideation, translate insights, pain points and un-met needs into a feasible design solution for quick evaluation with end users
Ability to connect business, experience and technology together, understand trends

Defining, deploying & validating the building of tomorrow
YOU MUST HAVE
Proficient user experience design skills (customer journey map, experience diagramming, task analysis, workflow design)
Extensive experience in industrial design of products.
Graduate degree in interaction design, graphic design or related discipline
Outstanding user experience design portfolio or concepts and commercialized products
Experience with observational user research, ethnography, insighting and synthesis
Fluent with design sketching and prototyping tools, e.g., Axure, Balsamiq, Visio, etc.
Experience with design trends, benchmarking, forecasting and concept creation
Experience with leadership, project planning, scoping and execution in a phase-gate and/or agile environment
