In this role, you will serve as a lead Strategic Sourcing Specialist for Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE), our connected business group based in Atlanta, GA. You will regularly manage the procurement activities in support of several projects in a dynamic global environment.

Develop, implement and manage Commodity Strategies spanning services, hardware, & software
Deliver year-over-year cost reduction, Working Capital Improvements
Serve as Sourcing lead on major projects; make sourcing decisions for global Projects portfolio
Lead supply agreement negotiations and contracts in partnership with Legal
Measure, manage, and improve supplier performance
Deploy a regular and effective engagement model with key stakeholders
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor of Science in Business, Supply Chain, Technology or Finance
6+ years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement
2 + years of experience in developing a supply base management strategy with a proven record of delivering key business results
3 + years of strong negotiation skills, fluent in drafting contract terms and conditions
Sourcing experience in Projects, with a focus in Engineering services, software and hardware (technology, industrial)
Demonstrated Business and financial acumen
Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools
Lean or Blackbelt certification a plus
Master of Business Administration
Technical background with experience in software development or engineering
Independent and strategic thinker who is highly motivated with boundless energy to get stuff done
Desire to innovate, disrupt and challenge the status quo
Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
