Position

As a Senior Offering Management Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the offering management function. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of offering strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business. You will report directly to our Offering Management Access LOB Leader, and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization's strategic direction, revenue growth, product innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of offering strategies.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities. Develop a market-informed solution strategy and roadmap to create a strong linkage between financials, technology, and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings. Cross-functional commercial leadership including product launches, training, SAP Product set up and pricing strategies. Product rationalization, obsolescence planning and disposition.

  • Support the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify market opportunities. Translate marketplace trends and insights into actionable recommendations for innovative growth and new product ideas.

  • Assist in driving profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies. Monitor, and be accountable for, key success metrics including revenue, margins, customer satisfaction, supply chain fulfillment and proper market adoption.

  • Provide support to the offering management team, including but not limited to representation as product line owner on multi-functional program teams, including but not limited to marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, engineering, and services teams, while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Must Have

  • Technical background (Hardware & Software). The security industry experience is preferred but not required.

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, including competitive analysis, segmentation, pricing, launches as well as exposure in Agile software development processes.

  • 5+ years’ experience managing a complex portfolio of products and services that included hardware and software and regularly required managing SIOP processes.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree. Advanced analytical degree (e.g. engineering or business) is highly preferred.
