Honeywell Sr Director - Offering Managment in Atlanta, Georgia

THE POSITION

The Senior Director of Services Offering Management is a visionary and evangelist for Service offerings within

Honeywell Building Technologies. Your primary responsibility is to oversee the development, execution, and

maintenance of Honeywell Building Technologies' service offerings. This role is crucial in ensuring that the

organization's services meet customer needs, align with business goals, and remain competitive in the market.

You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various departments to create and manage a

portfolio of service offerings that drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

The role is in Atlanta, GA and will report to the VP Offering Management HBS Global.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Portfolio Strategy:

  • Develop and maintain a strategic vision for the company's service portfolio in alignment with the overall business strategy.

  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends to enhance and expand service offerings.

  • Lead the development and enhancement of new services and service packages.

  • Determine pricing strategies for services, considering cost analysis, competition, and value to customers.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and threats in the service portfolio.

  • Manage a team of service offer managers, ensuring their professional growth and effective performance.

    Service Lifecycle Management:

  • Define the full lifecycle of services, including launch, maintenance, and eventual retirement.

  • Monitor the financial performance of services, tracking revenue, costs, and profitability.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 10 years of experience of product management with an in-house development environment

  • 10+ years experience working in/with Service business, delivery, and results.

  • Experience in interacting with customers and acting as an evangelist for the product vision among

  • core customers and internal business units.

  • Experience working with engineering, R&D, marketing, finance, and sales.

  • Excellent communication skills with strong persuasion and influencing abilities.

  • Motivator who is charismatic, action-oriented, and confident with the ability to inspire confidence in others.

  • Recognized as a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and seeks the challenge of winning in a rapidly changing marketplace.
