Honeywell Sr Lead Development Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia

The Sr Lead Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing leads from online/offline marketing campaigns to drive sales leads and business results.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Expertly use various sales and marketing tools (ex: Salesforce, Marketo)

  • Responsible for quickly and efficiently fielding and qualifying interest in Honeywell Forge products and services, from various inbound channels and then warm transferring the qualified opportunity to sales or assigning to an appropriate nurture campaign

  • Develop and run cadences to engage leads

  • Support lead generation and management activities for a range of marketing activities including tradeshows, seminars, and events

  • Work in concert with a team of vertical marketing and demand generation specialists

  • Continuously increase pipeline of marketing qualified leads

  • Support contact discovery for ABM programs

  • Aggregate analytics and lead conversion data (ie: Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce) for review and reporting

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 3 years demonstrated successful experience with developing and implementing lead progression programs

WE VALUE

  • English language proficiency at an advanced level

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Marketing

  • Strong communication skills with customers

  • Experience with Salesforce.com

  • Experience with marketing automation systems, preferably Marketo

  • Knowledge of social media and search outlets and functionality

  • Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously with excellent execution, inter-personal and project management skills
