An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Talent Management Leader in the Honeywell HCE business unit located in Atlanta, GA. In this exciting newly created role in a high growth environment, you will utilize your significant experience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support the Honeywell Business.

Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) is a newly created team of 3,000 employees who assists in bringing together all the connected businesses and software resources that are spread across the Company. HCE willcentralize all of Honeywell’s Connected businesses and software development into a software business unit for all of Honeywell.

The Talent Management Leader will be responsible for:

  • Develop and deploy strategic organizational development interventions across Honeywell’s HCE division.
  • Partner with Honeywell’s leadership team setting goals.
  • Provide professional expertise, support design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
  • Be instrumental in development planning, creating development programs for employees, succession planning, and facilitating strategy with annual performance reviews.
  • Direct organization assessment and design, change management, talent management and leadership team development.
  • Participate in organizational strategic planning.
  • Act as a key leader in developing and aligning organizational processes, systems and culture to accelerate business performance.
  • Utilize your creativity to deliver talent management processes, tools and resources to develop top talent.
  • Build a performance culture by developing leaders and talent who understand how to drive top tier results.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s Degree + 8+ years of HR experience

Ability to successfully partner with and influence multiple stake holders within a global company. + Professional HR experience in a technology company, software development environment. + Experience working in a start-up environment. + Capability to instill and communicate a vision for change. + Broad knowledge and experience with Human Resources Management systems, competencies, and best practices.
