We are seeking an entry level, inside sales individual who will drive growth both within established customers as well as new prospects. This role is intended to be learning opportunity and provide a candidate the ability to progress into a Senior Account Manager role within 2 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow transactional customers/lower value transaction orders while improving customers satisfactionby improving speed and quality of sales.
  • Help drive transactional business to eCommerce portal.
  • Qualify new leads by making outbound calls to target customers (some existing, some new) to identifyand / or qualify opportunities.
  • Work with proposal team to prepare and subsequently deliver proposals to assigned customers
  • Drive the sales process
  • Enter and maintain data into
  • Customer Relationship Management Product (CRM)
  • Learn then subsequently become the expert on our Budgetary Proposal tool and provide support to SeniorAccount Managers as needed.
  • Meet or exceed assigned Sales Targets.

You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2+ Years Demonstrated Leadership Experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience.

  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Comfortable making cold calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in collaborative team environment.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience.
