ISC Project Management Specialist

As an ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell's Rocky Research division, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the management of projects within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization, with a focus on logistics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, optimize logistics processes, and drive continuous improvement in our supply chain operations. With your strong project management skills and expertise in ISC logistics, you will play a key role in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Integrated Supply Chain Site Lead at Rocky Research and you’ll work out of our Boulder City, Nevada location on a full-time work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our ISC projects, providing support in timely and cost-effective execution while meeting quality and customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion of ISC projects, with a focus on logistics, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.

Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior project management specialists.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities.

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

  • Support and assist in the management of ISC projects, with a focus on logistics, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

  • Assist in identifying and mitigating logistics-related project risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators related to logistics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with logistics-related industry standards and best practices.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ISC logistics processes and enhance operational efficiency.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2+ years’ experience in logistics and/or project management to include ISC logistics processes (transportation, warehousing, and inventory management)

  • 1+ years’ experience in SAP or comparable ERP software

  • 1+ years’ experience Microsoft Office software

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or a related field

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus

  • 1+ years’ experience in Aerospace compliance and/or ITAR regulations

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation.

  • Proficient in inventory management software and tools, including SAP or other ERP related software

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
