This is a key leadership position in the Intelligent Life Care core leadership team, accountable for the Offering and Portfolio Management, Marketing and Commercial Excellence of ILC.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop and implement ILC Offering/Product portfolio and marketing strategy and roadmap to enable growth globally, considering in-house, intercompany and external sources

  •  Develop ready-to-decide proposals for new product development/market entry, incl. market analyses

  •  Embrace and promote Z21 principles and execution

  •  Establish and run advisory panels and VOC for ILC

  •  Implementation and execution of agreed roadmap, closely with related other functions in ILC LT

  •  Drive excellence in product launch planning and execution

  •  Development and implementation of new go-to-market and business models, jointly with Sales and ILC LT

  •  Develop adequate channel and partner management

  •  Develop and manage and a team of Product/Offering Managers, direct and in-direct in regions

  •  Develop and implement Marketing Plans and Marketing Mix

  •  Work with Marcom to implement adequate communication plans

  •  Work closely with Sales to drive sales and above market growth globally

  •  Be an active member of ILC Core Leadership Team

  •  Establish relationships with key customers, hospital groups and key opinion leaders

  •  Setup and manage marketing budgets

  •  Ensure efficient collaboration with Sales, R&D, Operations

  •  Identify adequate partnerships & alliances

  •  Keeping abreast of competition and competitive strategies

  •  Represent ILC at major conferences, meetings, exhibits and other special events

WE VALUE

  • Highly experienced sales & marketing executive, strong on strategy and execution

    • Proven sales and/or marketing experience with product launches in int’l healthcare markets
    • 5-10 years’ experience with major medical equipment or health IT company
    • Senior professional with strong business acumen, clinical workflows and very good understanding of IT and technology, incl. trends like IoT, Big Data understanding
    • Languages: English, French, Arabic, any other a plus
    • Ability to adequately communicate to different stakeholders internally and externally
    • Has vision but is down to earth for feasibility and implementation
    • Very strong will to build up market positions despite obstacles
