Honeywell Human Resources Manager in Broomfield, Colorado

As an HR Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR strategy at Honeywell. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. You will partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support. As an HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement. As a people leader at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. You will report directly to our HR Director, and you will work out of our location on a 3day-work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning

  • Architect and drive end-to-end talent strategies

  • Partner with and coach leaders

  • Ensure the structure, jobs, and skills in the company match its long-term plans and goals while providing employees

  • Develop and manage workforce strategies and align HR priorities to deliver business results

  • Drive company change, be aware of how the external market is evolving, and adapt to new ways of working to enable growth.

  • Project management of key HR priorities

Pay Range for Roles in Specific Location:

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is <$106K - $144K>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum 8+ years of Human Resources experience

  • U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree preferred with a concentration in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development

  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and build a performance culture

  • Demonstrated ability to positively influence others, particularly leadership development and coaching

  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
