Provide partnership to corporate to create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality and cost efficiency. You will play a part in supporting corporate's Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Estimate processes, as well as providing headcount reporting. You will also develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. You will create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
Support the core financial processes such as Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly Census, Actuals reporting and Forecast
Perform monthly/quarterly close variance analysis at department-level; review and investigate fluctuations from expected results
The role will also coordinate the Monthly Census / Cost Review Calls for the functions that are supported
Cost reporting and analysis requests from BAP US and Corp leadership teams will be supported by this position
The right candidate will be able to identify and implement any necessary process improvements, working in a matrix environment
Indirect Spend reporting, analysis, and identifying cost saving opportunities
Provide proactive and ad-hoc financial support and analysis to Global BAP Finance teams
Request of accruals for MIP, L&P, Cross Charges to HESA etc.
