The Regional Sales Manager will represent Honeywell Fire’s Gamewell-FCI and Farenhyt product lines while managing all aspects of engagements with existing customers and prospecting for new customers. The Regional Sales Manager will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. The Regional Sales Manager will define sales and growth strategy with key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilizing your product knowledge and technical expertise to deliver the value proposition.
This is a remote position covering the Massachusetts territory with extensive travel within the territory (50% of the time).
Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization
Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory
Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization
YOU MUST HAVE
High school diploma
Minimum of 5 years of Territory Management experience
Valid driver's license
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
Fire alarm, manufacturing, electronics sales experience
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
