Develop the digital strategy for Honeywell’s Accounts Payable function and lead the project team to make it happen. The technologies you will build will be a part of Honeywell’s Eclipse platform – delivering world-class optimization capabilities by leveraging the ISC Data Hub. You will achieve this through detailed project plans, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to meet or exceed deliverables and commitments. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create the digitization strategy for Accounts Payable and lead the team to build world-class products
Develop detailed project plans and the technology roadmap to support digitization initiatives
Lead the design, testing and implementation effort for accounts payable digital solutions
Ensure team delivers to milestones by establishing a robust MOS, managing risks, tracking performance, and reporting out key updates to leadership
Create and execute communication and change management plans
Augment Honeywell’s Eclipse platform by expanding data assets in the ISC Data Hub and deploying standard analytics
Balance stakeholder and customer expectations
Lead, promote and facilitate the adoption of lean six sigma principles, operating system, processes and tools, embedding them into ISC culture
YOU MUST HAVE
7+ years functional experience in logistics, procurement or accounts payable
7+ years experience leading people
3+ years managing enterprise wide projects
3+ years developing and deploying technology solutions
Proven ability to define a vision and take responsibility for leading, directing and managing change
Demonstrated successful track record in process automation
WE VALUE
A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to actively engage in project tasks
Technical background in IT, software development, data engineering or visualization
Global company working experience
Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects
Lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
Proficient use of business technology – MS Project, Visio, Tableau, PowerBI
Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred
