We are looking for a Director, Digital Program Management who can help shape the future of our digital transformation at Honeywell.

This position will further enhance our digital customer experience by providing expertise in digital marketing strategy, transformation and program management.

Be part of a team that is responsible for the direction, coordination and completion of a variety of critical digital marketing programs. You will oversee all aspects of these digital transformation efforts, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress. You will utilize a high degree of creativity and latitude and serve as the upper-management reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for delivery and enablement of the digital transformation portfolio related to marketing and customer experience

  • Direct internal and agency teams responsible for end-to-end project delivery including digital strategy, UX/UI design, content strategy, information architecture, testing, and DevOps

  • Join Agile scrum meetings to discuss Marketing activities (web strategy, content development, content authoring)

  • Ensure projects are on track and delivering expected value as an active participant at project and agile scrum meetings

  • Provide consultative guidance in customer experience design and agile deployment; evolve digital transformation strategy to embrace new technology and design principles

  • Structure and solve ambiguous problems, drive escalation and issue resolution, and proactively identify and mitigate risks

  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts/statements of work, and associated budgets


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ years of Marketing Program Management experience, to include:

  • Adobe (customer experience platform)

  • 3+ years’ experience working at a large multi-national business or global consulting firm

  • Due to contractual agreements, all applicants must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents


  • Breadth of experience across multiple programs, products and customers to determine appropriate requirements and ensure customer satisfaction (quality, reliability, etc.)

  • Familiarity with usage, best practices and deriving maximum value from Adobe digital experience platform (Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Marketo, Target, Analytics)

  • Critical thinking skills with ability to structure program strategy and plans, generate insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve our digital presence

  • Experience defining, implementing and optimizing the use of complex Martech tools

  • Superior cross-functional leadership and influence skills in a matrixed organization structure

  • Confidence to challenge the status quo to consistently drive for the best solution

  • Ability to communicate complex technical and digital programs to an executive audience and put into meaningful business context

  • Experience working at a large multi-national business or major international consulting firm

  • MBA preferred
