Senior Business Process Analyst - EIM

Honeywell has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) organization. In this role, you will work with various functions / businesses globally and support transformation leaders to drive process improvement and digital transformation.

The Senior Business Process Analyst is a key member of the EIM team to understand process gaps / requirements, document and model processes and business rules, support end-to-end process redesign, and deliver the value of business process management capabilities. Responsibilities include:

Collect, analyze, document business processes and requirements for assigned projects. Understand pain points / gaps to identify improvement opportunities.

Model processes and business rules utilizing business process management (BPM) tools, support end-to-end process re-design, and deliver the value of business process management capabilities.

Facilitate project meetings, create and maintain meeting minutes, meeting schedules, issue logs, project summaries / updates

Develop quality acceptance user test cases and validate test results during user acceptance testing

Monitor progress and results, develop status reports/communications

Conduct training and refresher training courses

Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction

Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders

Balance expectations of multiple stakeholders, prioritize and align efforts to deliver business value

Adapt to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities

Deliver "right and fast" results in matrixed environment

35 Model processes and business rules utilizing business process management (BPM) tools

35 Deliver the value of business process management capabilities

30 Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree in process management, MIS, IT, or business
  • 3 years experience in business process management, process modeling, workflow, process analysis, or business analysis

  • Ability to drive action, deliver results, with agile approach
  • Convey information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams
  • BMPN experience
