As a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract top talent for our organization. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and HR partners to understand talent needs, and manage, strategize, and create effective marketing campaigns to reach potential candidates. Your expertise in talent acquisition marketing will enable you to create a strong employer brand and ensure that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
You will report directly to our Talent Acquisition Director and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role you will impact the business in these areas –
Developing and implementing talent acquisition marketing strategies to attract top talent based on industry-proven proven best-practice Utilizing, optimizing, and managing various marketing channels, such as social media, job boards, and industry events, to reach potential candidates
Bringing marketing and talent acquisition expertise to effectively communicate the employer brand
Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimize result
Collaborating across multiple teams, including the Talent Acquisition and HR team, marketing, communications, Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) to understand talent needs and align marketing strategies accordingly
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement talent acquisition marketing strategies
Create compelling recruitment marketing materials
Utilize various marketing channels to reach potential candidates
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including social media, email & more
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, HR partners, marketing, Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), communications, and other teams as needed
Designing and optimizing career page landing to drive candidate traffic, applications, and brand awareness
Oversee and govern the Honeywell brand, ensuring that all content is compliant with brand standards
Manage and refine various Honeywell career channels, such as the careers site, Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, and more
YOU MUST HAVE
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition marketing or related field
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition marketing strategies and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in utilizing social media and other marketing channels for talent acquisition
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to analyze digital marketing metrics to guide data-driven campaign optimization decisions
