Manufacturing Eng Leader

Lead a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise, you and your team will support the Honeywell MX0H by estimating manufacturing cost, determining time standards and making recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. You will lead the strategic direction and initiatives that identify cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.

Be the strategic leader for the team by establishing team direction, schedules, and key objectives

Balance business needs, aggressive timelines, functional goals and more in Manufacturing Engineering

Develop and coordinate a team that recognizes potential technical opportunities

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • Bilingual 85%
  • Strong SMT and Electronics testing knowledge
  • NPI knowledge
  • Strong statistics knowledge
