As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will lead to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality in our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative and high-quality products to our customers. Your contributions will directly impact our bottom line and help us maintain our position as a global technology leader. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies

  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

  • Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing

  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
