As an Production Planner Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing production planning activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and optimize resource allocation. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate production records and ensuring on-time delivery of products to customers.
In this role, you will impact the success of our business by ensuring smooth production operations and meeting customer demands. Your ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
weekend shift 8:00am - 6:30pm Friday-Monday
Cycle counts.
Physical inventory and reconciliation.
Coordinate/execute material transfers.
Managing and running program open order reports.
Material availability review.
Continuous improvement.
Coordinate production schedule
Capacity requirement review
Labor load understanding
Material availability review
Enter production orders
Continuous improvement plans
Transcribe data
Enter production orders
U.S. Citizen Requirements
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma/GED equivalent
1+ year experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment
WE VALUE
Some prior experience in production planning.
Ability to use judgement to drive solution.
Able to make decisions using data provided.
Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
