Position Overview:
As an Assembler - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies to create finished products. You will work with a team to ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Columbus, Ohio location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble components and subassemblies according to blueprints and work instructions
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and protocol

U.S. Person Requirements:
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing role
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instruction
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. routinely
WE VALUE:
Experience working with electronics and ability to troubleshoot issues with electronics components/assemblies
Attention to detail and demonstrated problem solving skills
Able to use a computer and familiarity working in Excel
Experience working with multimeters and oscilloscopes
Technical certification in manufacturing or related field
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Soldering experience and/or certification
