Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to Honeywell engineering, design and project execution teams. You will work closely with business leaders and enjoy a
lot of interaction with internal employees.
Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals whose organizational and communication skills ensure smooth employee on boarding and off boarding, calendar management, domestic & international
travel coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes.
Provide superior administrative support to leaders, enabling them to make most of their time
Grow and develop your technical and interpersonal skills while focusing on client support

YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years prior administrative experience
Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities and competing demands
Strong computer skills including MS Office and familiarity with SharePoint
Individuals who are self-motivated
Demonstrated creative and comprehensive problem solving skills
A demonstrated ability to work independently
Ability to focus on important information and identify key details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of SAP and Concur a plus
Must exercise discretion in the handling of confidential information
