Drive operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales projects. You will lead a high performing Channel Team in the Western US. You will manage regional specific business plans and strategies that align with corporate initiatives for teams to ensure profitable growth. You will manage and maintain contacts with major partners within region. You will assist your Channel Managers in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans for major partners
Help Identify Channel opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy and meet changing market conditions. Lead team efforts to solve complex problems for the channel sales representatives. Drive the Honeywell brand and offering to be the Channel Preference in the market.
Valid Drivers' License
Ability to Travel (when able) at least 50% of the time
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of Technology Channel sales experience
