Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) - Industrial Cyber Security is seeking a Global Manager, Industrial Cybersecurity Consulting Services to provide leadership for a team of cyber security consultants located throughout the globe. Direct reports will include regional Cyber Operations managers located in key countries throughout the world. The position will be "full-time" reporting to the Director, Global Cyber Operations located in our Duluth, Georgia facility. (Atlanta, GA)

The Manager and his/her organization will work closely with the global Field Sales organization as well as the Cyber Security Business Development, Product Management, Product Marketing, and delivery teams to assist customers in reducing the risk of cyber threats. The Cyber Consulting Services Manager should be able to perceive problems well in advance, and consider the broad range of financial, commercial, and technical factors in assessing situations, identifying possible solutions and overseeing the implemented approved solutions.

In this key position, the Global Manager, ICS Security will...

  • Manage team of international technical cyber consulting services consultants working with customers to deliver on-site security solutions to assist in mitigating cyber threats.
  • Manage the Cyber Consulting Service Profit & Loss including monthly financial reporting and accountability. Incorporates accountability for the budgets of the various teams under his/her management in accordance to the approved Annual Operating Plan.
  • Promote growth of Consulting Services via the identification and development of new cyber service solutions as well as geographic expansion.
  • Ensure Honeywell’s Cyber Security Solutions are clearly understood and effectively communicated with the ability to effectively position value to external customers.
  • Drive consistency among the global teams for an efficient operation and to maintain a one Honeywell perception among the customer base. Includes the development of training programs for the teams, including cross training among the teams, to maximize the delivery capability as business demands.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and collaborate to craft applicable offering strategies. Establish and maintain a risk mitigation strategy for the third party technologies that support the groups under his/her responsibility.
  • Provide technical thought leadership for customers & industry around industrial cyber security advances and best practices.
  • Liaise with other lines of business leaders to ensure alignment and profitable business growth.
  • Manage internal and external customer situations, including resource management,
  • communication, and overall escalation. Core understanding of all necessary functions to resolve technical and operational issues with all customers.
  • Keep technically current with HCE-Cyber product/systems portfolio working closely with product team to help prioritize features based on input from prospects, customers, competitors, and partners.
  • Maintain knowledge of current global industry Cyber Security Standards such as IEC-62443, NIST, NERC CIP, ENISA, etc.

Must Have:

  • 15 years of direct experience in industrial controls or industrial cyber security/networking service delivery.
  • 10 years of experience working within critical infrastructure (i.e. Hydrocarbon Process Industry, Pulp & Paper and/or Metals, Minerals & Mining)
  • 10 years direct personnel management experience of technical services teams consisting of at least 25 members
  • 7 years’ experience in the delivery of ICS networking and security solutions.

We Value:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, computer, electrical, control system), computer science or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business degree.
  • 10+ years of Process and/or Industrial Networking knowledge specific to distributed control solutions and how to align with customers’ drivers for cyber security
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate others
  • Management/Supervisory experience
  • Technical background in the areas of industrial control systems, process control networks, SCADA or other industrial automation is important and preferred
  • Successful record of managing a P&L
  • Security Certifications (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc)
  • Excellent Writing/Communication Skills
