As a Field Service Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and service to our customers in the field. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting equipment installations and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our designated field service location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. Key Responsabilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers

• Conduct equipment installations and repairs

• Provide technical support and service to customers in the field

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering or a related role

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
