We have one opening for this entry level positions currently. We provide training for the candidates we hire, but previous experience in a technical role is welcomed! The position requires a rotating shift and will rotate to include nights and weekends of 8 hour shifts. As this technician, you will assist in providing technical support through on-site testing and inspecting of fire alarm systems. You will follow detailed work instruction and escalate any discrepancies in customer requirements, blue prints, or work instructions. You will identify and escalate opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures. You will escalate any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will assist in training of the customer on installed/repaired systems. You will write up daily reports of each system, including smoke detectors, alarms, pull stations, strobe/horns, and speakers. You will work closely with our client on a daily basis, so your professional, friendly communication skills are a must. YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma, or GED
  • Must have work history indicating stability of 1 or more years with any employer within the last 2 years.
  • Valid Driver's License
WE VALUE
  • Previous industry experience
  • Must be able to pass BG Investigation for Security Clearance
  • Previous technical/installation experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate
