Enterprise Software General Manager

Lead an exciting, hardware-to-software business transformation and start-up with the resources, network, and financial backing of a Fortune 100 company. You will lead the global software strategy for the Productivity Products business unit.In partnership with Independent Software Vendors and our own internal software capability in the Workflow Solutions business, you will be responsible for establishing business plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives and technology strategies to drive growth.You will be an instrumental player in delivering greater value to our customers in key verticals. This role reports directly to the President of Productivity Products.

What You Will Do:

  • Shape the global software strategy
  • Select and build effective partnerships with key Independent Software Vendors
  • Evaluate M&A targets
  • Develop new offerings working with our Workflow Solutions team
  • Drive new applications with the Honeywell Software Center in Atlanta
  • Develop $100m software and services business within a 2 year period
  • Develop the Integrated Software Vendor ecosystem
  • Identify and create new Application software for our core vertical markets
  • Manage a team of Software product managers and an Integrated Software Vendor relationship manager

You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Technical Discipline
  • Master’s Degree in Business or Technical Field
  • At least 10 years of experience with Software business models
  • At least 10 years of experience leading teams in a matrix environment
  • Mergers & Acquisition experience
