Job Responsibilities:

Sr. Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the HPS Global Sales organization with strategic sales analytics and decision support.

Sr. Sales Operations Analyst position provides a unique opportunity for a highly talented individual to drive significant value in a world class company and offers exposure to a wide variety of people and disciplines across the organization.

Specific responsibilities include:

Reporting, via Salesforce reports & dashboards, MS Excel and Tableau by manipulating, analyzing and presenting data to all levels of leadership that provide feedback on the sales and marketing organization performance

Work to identify reporting requirements and maturation from excel to automated BI tools (Tableau)

Data Collection, Identifying, analyzing & forecasting pipeline / existing opportunities for Productivity Products using Salesforce data mining tool

Provide development of suitable dashboards, analyzing current business processes and suggesting improvements

Preparing variety of management reports would be the key deliverable and acts as a thought partner to management during the design and consumption of reports and analysis

Analysis, pulsing and reporting of sales forecast, pipeline, order and cost information in support of the Poles goals and objectives

Recommend and pursue process improvements to improve usefulness and accuracy of orders data

Identify improvements in IT tools / processes to drive efficiency

Supports the annual sales planning process by providing analysis, and gathering inputs

Working with the Sales Operations / Enablement team and Sales Leadership to facilitate and improve overall quality of activities

Support Branch and Channel organizations ensuring efficient and smooth flow of information

Support sales operations initiatives as requested and respond to all ad-hoc requests in a timely manner.

Initially this role will be based in Fort Mill, SC with the potential to move to the Greater Charlotte area in the near future.


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of work related Microsoft Excel experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales operations or financial analysis experience


  • Demonstrated experience with Sales CRM (Siebel, Salesforce)

  • Advanced knowledge on Tableau and Alteryx

  • Experience in business reporting and data visualization

  • Experience in analyzing large datasets to make meaningful conclusions

  • Strong analytical, quantitative abilities, problem solving skills and communication skills

  • Team spirited, self-motivated, Quick-learner, high-energy and initiative
