Key Responsibilities
Train & Certify new hires on Manufacturing Processes
Perform Hands on and some on-line training
Re-certify associates annually
Maintain Training records
Assign on-line classes when required
Backfill New hire orientation associate
Participate in internal, customer, and quality certification audits
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
MUST HAVE
Good communication skills
Experience with manufacturing processes such as Soldering, crimping, torque, welding, ESD, FOD
WE VALUE
Understanding of Manufacturing and Quality processes
Advanced organizational skills
Ability to work with and teach small groups
Experience maintaining records preferred
Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
Project lead and coaching experience preferred
Hands on work ethic
Regulatory understanding
Proficient computer skills
Knowledge of six sigma tools
Ability to partner with others on projects
