ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Engineering Associate II/Engineering Aid to provide administrative support to our project engineer and program manager for our Control Moment Gyros (CMG) projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, including meeting logistics, customer submittals tracking, and providing general assistance to enable the smooth execution of the program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the project engineer and program manager with administrative tasks related to CMG projects
Coordinate and manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, preparing meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes
Track and maintain required customer submittals, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted on time and recorded accurately
Provide general assistance to enable the successful execution of the program, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, organizing project files, and assisting with any other tasks as required

U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or GED
8+ years experience in providing administrative support in an engineering or technical environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
