Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Sr. Learning Manager for our Golden Valley, MN location.

· Citizenship Required: United States Citizenship

· Clearance Required: Yes; you must either currently have or be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance

· Telecommute: No - Teleworking not available for this position

· Travel Required: Some travel required – 10-15%

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

· Conduct assessment of the learning needs and priorities of the business as they relate to the creation of programs and an ongoing system for evaluation

· Work with Content Creators & Subject Matter Experts to develop effective, efficient solutions to meet learning requirements of technical and manufacturing teams

· Ensure effective delivery methods leveraging technology, external talent, and internal talent

· Develop, communicate, and market courses for the business

· Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to create continuous improvements in courses

· Directly or indirectly supervises associates and performs other managerial responsibilities including: interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development

• 7+ years of experience in direct leadership roles

WE VALUE:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

• Project management experience

• Experience with a learning management system

• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization, handling multiple priorities, and navigating a highly matrixed environment

• Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization

• Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
