Field Service Specialist - South WalloniaDesign solutions to drive safe living and quality of life
The purpose of this position is to perform and provide counsel on expert emergency, maintenance, testing and technical support about electrical or mechanical HVAC equipment and systems.
On-site service and maintenance of Honeywell and third party HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning) equipment
Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnoses and repairs faults in air-condition and mechanical equipment
Report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement.
Estimate materials costs and quantities
Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by team leader
Perform system tests and software upgrade
Provide a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
Inspect for Quality
Install or Repair per Work Order
Provide Customer Support
Technical education (Bachelor in Electromechanical Engineering preferred)
Specialization in regulation and automation preferred
First professional experience with HVAC is preferred but junior profiles also welcome
Demonstrates a high drive and is focused on creating results
PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Solid written and oral communication skills
Fluent in Dutch, French is a plus
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time;
First customer facing experience is a plus.
