JOB

Support the Commercial Security business by closely working with the Sales, Product Offering and Marketing Operations teams to drive business growth. You are responsible for the development and execution of deliverables to ensure success in achieving channel growth goals. You will work closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights. You will analyse and report business data to support channel programs and new product launches.

  • Develop, execute and measure channel marketing programs and promotions to drive growth targets
  • Be responsible for regional Annual Operating Plan, sales and margin, New Product Introduction, performance, pricing actions and forecast accuracy
  • Act as a liaison by working with all aspects of the business to create and measure effective programs and promotions for channel
  • Drive continuous improvement in a premiere Marketing organisation
JOB ACTIVITIES
  • Work with the Launch Marketing Manager and other functions to define and implement NPI launch plans and campaigns
  • Organise detailed launch activities for each NPI in cooperation with Sales, Sales Support, Product Offering and Marketing Operations
  • Organise market information collection and implement STRAP initiatives in the region
  • Run Voice of the Customer campaigns to provide relevant understanding of the market and customer needs
  • Work with the Pricing Leader to develop and implement a pricing strategy for the region
  • Publish and maintain the Commercial Security price list for the region
  • Work with the Programmes Leader to define and implement programmes within the region
  • Manage the product portfolio for the region, monitoring the performance of NPIs, pricing, promotions and inventory as part of the SIOP process

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Graduate with good commercial or technical degree
WE VALUE
  • Extensive experience in Channel Marketing or Strategic Marketing
  • Experience of Software as a Service or Cloud-based services
  • Ability to work in a matrix, multi-national organization.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
