Honeywell Manager, Portfolio Management in Houston, Texas

As an Offer Manager here at Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) in Houston, TX, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of a strategic product portfolio for Honeywell. You will be responsible for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.

You will report directly to our Offer Management Director and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact shaping strategic direction, driving revenue growth, fostering innovation, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining competitive advantage, optimizing resource allocation, mitigating risks, and ensuring cost-efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create value in product portfolio by developing distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes; Be proficient in VOC, research and analysis and basic marketing toolkit [market definition and sizing, segmentation, value management, targeting and positioning, pricing].

  • Ability to communicate the value of the offering in customer centric terms to lead customer to choose Honeywell offerings based on value delivered

  • Frequently contributes information and ideas to the strategy formulation process and to the production of marketing plans and budgets.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in offering management or related roles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings

  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
