As the Project Development Manager (PDM) for the Adsorbent business, you will use your recognized subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions. You will provide both external and internal consultations and will help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging and value proposition, customer support, and training. You will drive cross-functional alignment to customer needs. You will participate in pursuit strategy planning, and customer negotiations. You may consult prospective users on product capability. You will be a subject expert in product development process (NPI). You will develop the needed knowledge and skills within your team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage in customer-facing activities

  • Analyze and deliver growth opportunities through take aways and new units

  • Support global licensors in various technologies in Natural gas / Air separation, Fertilizing plants, Olefins and other

  • Petrochemical areas (non-UOP licensed technologies)

  • Support strategic customers for high revenue projects

  • Support NPI sales

  • Coach on targeted product value propositions (External and Internal)

  • Analyze product development needs, deliver NPI ideas

  • Support the opportunity review and proposal activities

  • Develop and champion best-in-class sales training

  • Coordinate engineering support of pursuits

  • Provide data for sales collateral

  • Support business team defining strategy to capture Share of Demand globally

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Adsorption field, including design, value proposition creation, field experience and general adsorbent market knowledge

WE VALUE

  • Chemical Engineering degree

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships

  • In-depth knowledge of Adsorption technologies (Natural Gas, Air Separation and Petrochemical areas) ) and competitor platforms, products and technologies

  • Min 5 years of experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to achieve results through influence in a matrixed environment

  • Ability to travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally

  • Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers

  • Min 2 Years experience in a Sales or Sales Technical Support role
