We are seeking a Global Operations & Parts Strategy Leader

Key Responsibilities:

This role provides functional excellence for the Lifecycle Solutions & Services business (LSS), $1.3B in field operations annually, and growth strategies for our $280M global parts business for HPS. This includes maximizing growth via our on-line parts store, developing and driving growth campaigns and go to market collateral, as well as using project and organization skills to be responsible for management of various LSS global business projects/programs/initiatives that drive revenue, increase productivity and improve processes. This role will require direct interaction with peers and leaders across all LOBs and functions. You will execute programs of significant size and complexity and will be responsible for Certified Recycle Parts, SPOT & Spare Parts Execution, eCommerce, and Productivity global teams for LSS. You will act as critical linkage between LSS and supply chain function in support of activities such as order campaigns, hardware support strategies, and risk order management.

• Responsible for growth in the spare parts business via targeted campaigns & on-line store

• Responsible for Parts related tools used by the business and external customers

• Responsible for LSS Productivity programs, lead tracking and reporting to Leadership

• Drive supply chain related programs for delivery improvement, inventory reduction & optimization

• Lead the Sunset & Certified Recycled Parts teams

• Coordinate hardware programs such as end of life support programs, last time buys

• Coordinate cross functional SKU optimization programs

YOU MUST HAVE

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience

•5 years of experience in formal leadership roles

•10 years of experience in a customer service, customer relationship management, or field service function

•5 years program or project management experience

WE VALUE

•Significant Honeywell HPS knowledge

•Experience leading large teams/organizations (30+ employees)

•Significant technical knowledge in the Automation Industry

•Marketing experience with B2B

•Some experience leading a large global team

•Ability to work effectively in a cross functional environment

•Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities

•Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting results

•Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision

•Ability to convey measurable expectations and communicate clear deliverables and timeframes to drive results
