Senior Talent Management Specialist

As a Senior Talent Specialist here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent management programs and processes that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics, and relationship management. Your expertise in talent management will contribute to enhancing our organizational performance, innovation, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

You will report directly to our Industrial Automation VP Talent Management, and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success and sustainability of Honeywell by strategically identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining skilled individuals. You will collaborate with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives and drive a high-performance culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and/or design and implement comprehensive talent management programs • Improve and execute performance management strategies

• Support, Identify, and develop high-potential employees for succession planning

• Analyze talent data and provide insights for talent development initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent strategies with business objectives.

• Drive process improvements standard work for key talent Process Execution & Improvement

• Get to know the talent and HR leaders

• Change Management support, acceleration, and adoption

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree

• 5+ years of broad HR experience including talent management

• Experience and proven track record designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent management programs and processes

• Experience implementing change management processes for Talent Management

• Passion for driving talent development and maximizing employee potential

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Strong leadership, influencing skills

• Ability to navigate a complex matrix organization with agility and speed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to partner and to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders

• Proficiency in talent analytics and data-driven decision making
