Job Description

Territory Manager – Electrical products

Responsible is to build business by identifying right customers for CLS products and achieve AOP through them. . Works with the sales and support teams for achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term goals in line with company’s vision and values.

Job Requirements :

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

Ensure All CLS products are used in their projects.

Ensure cross area projects are highlighted as soon as it is identified to manager and respective

Regional Head.

Conduct Workshop/Training Program to present products to the Key Accounts

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and recommend right products.

Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn

into long-lasting relationships.

Meet new customers and Expand Customer Base.

Ensure adherence to agreed Commercial Requirements.

Identify new and innovative ways to improve market share

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience :4 to 5 years Experience in Sales role in the construction Industry, preferably in Electrical Industry having good connect with Electrical Contractors / Builders / IT ITES /Govt Dept /Electrical Consultants / PMCs and Architects.Education:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.Masters in Business or Marketing preferred.Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics:· Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels· Excellent organizational skills· Ability in problem-solving and negotiation· Commercial Acumen
