Honeywell FM&T is searching for a Lead Security Investigator (Counterintelligence) to support our work at the Department of Energy’s Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC). In this role, you will be a part of the Counterintelligence (CI) team responsible for implementing the CI Program that encompasses all personnel and facilities of the KCNSC.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

  • Conducts investigative activities involving suspected or identified foreign intelligence activities, terrorism, and insider threats relevant to the protection of the DOE facilities, KCNSC, and US national security
  • Raise awareness of CI among National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Honeywell FM&T, and contractor staff by briefing personnel having interactions with foreign nationals.
  • Debriefing NNSA employees, Honeywell FM&T, and contractor staff and produces relevant reports.
  • Interfaces on a recurring basis with Department of Energy Headquarters Office of Intelligence/Counterintelligence, and other members of the US Intelligence and law enforcement communities.
  • Analyzes and strategically evaluates foreign intelligence collection as it relates to counterintelligence issues impacting KCNSC.

    You Must Have:

Must bean U.S.Citizen in order to obtain a DOE Q with SCI Level security clearance.

BS/BA degree ina socialscience, criminal justice, security, business or technical field.

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience directly related to counterintelligence, intelligence collection, investigations, or CI/Cyber security.

Successfully completed a federally recognized credentialing course for investigations, counterintelligence, intelligence operations or Cyber security.

Successfully pass (and continued subject to) random CI-scope polygraph examination.
