As a Service Solution Advisor, you will be meeting airport customers, conducting site surveys, understand business drivers, challenges, KPIs and develop opportunities meeting that meet customers’ needs. You will be responsible for managing multiple pursuits and work with Account Managers, Sales Leader, and DFSL/FSS/FSL in the assigned region. Candidate will be serving as the expert for Airports Service.
To be successful you will need to be very well organized, have sound project management skills, and be able to work within a team and across a functional organization.
•Support the team in Design & Estimation of all Service proposals
•Sell service contracts, service projects, spots, spares to existing non-contracted accounts and/or new accounts
•Continuously identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value propositions for Airports Service Business.
•Understanding and articulation of the value that Honeywell brings from a Service perspective
•Engage with customers in a consultative way while exploring their needs and tailoring value to meet these needs.
•Identify and close on leads in existing and new accounts
•Communication of the customers’ needs and requirements within the HAB organization
•Delivery of the high-quality proposal packages on time and in line with Honeywell standards of quality
•Provide accurate technical solutions for all proposals related to service
•Work closely with Service Leader, CoE and R&D team to produce the best technical solution
•Support AM team during customer visits related to technical solutions, bids and presenting new technologies
•Work closely with sales teams in understanding and assessing customer’s requirements
•Facilitate the support required across different functions to gather the quality engineering estimates / proposals to support proposals
•Assistance to AM team with creating highly professional technical and commercial proposals suitable for presentation to customers
•Select the proper combination of hardware, software, equipment, materials and services that will deliver the highest value to the customer while supporting overall Honeywell business objectives
•Support of Project Managers, when requested, in the calculation of costs and sell prices for service project change orders
•Proposals include technical scope, commercial estimates, deliverable, schedules, deviations, assumptions and terms and conditions and other variables to meet customer requests and expectations. All proposal work must be completed according to Honeywell professional standards
•Participate in obtaining Sub contractor & vendor quotes
•Responsible for driving estimate quality, accuracy and timely production
•Self-sufficient and capable of estimating own jobs
•Comply with all required policies
•Comply with Health & Safety Policies
•Orders and margin above set quota in support of Annual Operating Plan
•Service conversion from installed base
•Service conversion from new accounts
•Accurate opportunity pipeline
•Estimating accuracy – deviation
•Accurate forecast of orders and growth opportunities
•Customer specific pursuit plans and annual customer facing business reviews
