Honeywell Project Manager in Lachine, Canada

We are currently looking for a Projet Manager for our office located in Lachine. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be asked to manage manyprojects (HVAC and fire safety) and coordinate resources to achieve the objectives. KeyResponsibilities:

· Manage projects (annual volume of $3 million CDN dollars)

o Within estimates

o Within schedule

o According to expectations

· Under the supervision of the Head of Project Management, manage many projects (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, energy, control, and fire safety) and coordinate resources to meet the following objectives: revenue/profit forecasts, accounts payable and receivable, monthly project forecasts, project cost management, bad debt recovery support, working capital, workforce distribution and customer satisfaction

· Work and succeed in a matrix environment

· Help various partners (sales, services) maintain and increasea profitable business volume in aspecific sector of the region

· Have a positive influence on the motivation ofco-workers

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree in building mechanics or engineering, instrumentation and controls, electricity OR a related field

  • 3 years of experience in a related sector

  • Bilingual (French-English)

  • Valid driver’s licence

  • Must be able to obtain security clearance

AdditionalQualifications:

  • Be able to work independently, in a team and with the processes implemented by Honeywell

  • Good financial knowledge and skills (project and forecast logbook)

  • Good organization and flexibility for resource management

  • Be able to manage priorities, budgets and resources

  • Proven ability to maintain and develop customer relations

  • Technical experience in controls or engineering experience

  • Management experience on a construction site

  • Leadership
