Snr Business Consultant - AUHDeliver business value through Right and Fast partnership
Responsible for driving sales in assigned accounts through end-user demand generation in the Abu Dhabi market for Honeywell Building Solutions. You will develop and enable long-term account plans that highlight strategies to grow existing accounts. You will identify and convert new customers within and outside of the currently served markets. You will influence business leaders, channel representatives, project and program managers to drive operational and financial efficiencies. You will coordinate the interaction between key customers and other Honeywell resources as needed. You will analyze market demand to identify growth opportunities and forecast future sales targets. You will act as mentor and trainer to develop other members of the sales team.

Add value by uncovering the growth potential of the existing accounts
Share your knowledge of Honeywell products in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction
Implementing ideas to new products, principles, theories and concepts

YOU MUST HAVE
BSC Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical
Security and Building Management Systems experience with significant experience within a sales capacity
Proven track record in selling turnkey solutions
Experience in working with large/ mega projects
Working knowledge of the UAE market within this industry with an established network of clients
Fluency in English and Arabic
Experience with Honeywell products would be preferable
Strong communication, strategic and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
Good interpersonal and presentation skills
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
Ability to influence across a broader organization
