Honeywell Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is searching for an Account Manager II to join our team. We are a $1.3B business and a long-time player in protecting people on the job. We are focused on protecting people in the construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, utilities, and transportation industries head-to-toe with everything from hard hats, eyewear and masks to clothing, gloves, work boots, electrical safety gear and fall protection. In short, PPE enables people everywhere the protection needed to perform their jobs and return home safely.

As a member of the PPE sales team, you will be helping build our business with existing end customers and channel partners. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical business objectives. As our face to the customer, you are key to discovering new customer needs and opportunities that drive increased revenue.

We support our critical sales roles with world-class marketing and sales excellence programs that include a range of training in areas from leadership to selling skills, all backed by modern selling tools and technology.


  • Manage existing book of business to meet or exceed assigned sales quota

  • Identify & generate opportunities and prospect for new business

  • Manage and plan accounts

  • Negotiate and close deals

  • Articulate and deliver customer value proposition

  • Manage momentum through the sales cycle

  • Establish rapport with customers

  • Domestic travel up to 50%

  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds


  • 3+ years of customer facing outside sales experience

  • 1+ years of experience with CRM tool (Ex:


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Award winning accomplishments (Ex: President’s club)

  • Experience with personal protective equipment and/or safety-related sales

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

  • Remote sales team experience
