System Engineer

Join a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life.

The successful candidate will have outstanding analytical, error modeling, the ability to efficiently analyze data, problem solving skills, interpret data and apply understanding to product design, development and product qualification. The candidate will be able to work well in a cross-functional team setting. Strong communications skills are necessary. Experience with inertial sensors, navigation systems and/or inertial measurement systems engineering, design, development, high-volume production and manufacturing processes is desirable. The candidate

will work with various groups, manufacturing, materials, test, suppliers and

customers.

The individual will support resolution of production or customer issues during the life cycle of the product, developing root cause and corrective action plans for problem resolution.

The individual will support development programs from concept through production integration, product improvement activities, and redesign for obsolesce.

The individual will be responsible for establishing functional, performance, design, and validation and verification requirements for Ring Laser Gyro, Micro Sensor products, Pressure and/or Magnetic Sensors.

* YOU MUST HAVE *

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Aerospace or Engineering
